Loved this event, Rasselbock keep putting on top grassroots events and this was another corker. Marshals were amazing and the cheer squad of them at the 4th or 5th marshal spot were fantastic every lap. And the goodie bag is worth the evil hill at the end haha

After doing the Sherwood Pines event in January, I couldn't wait to sign up for another Rasselbock event. The atmosphere was just as good. The course was brilliant. I'd have to disagree with the negative reviews about course marking, there was one point that could have been confusing, but if you followed what the signs said you were fine. Definitely one I'll come back and do again.

Absolutely loved this race. Received an email with a week to go detailing all rules, restrictions, map of the course and map for traveling. Registration took seconds because my race bib came in the post too. Before the start we had a race briefing outlining everything we needed to know. The course was a bit hilly, mainly trail running and at he end was a good hill to climb back to the start. I was at the front of the race pack and found the signage easy to follow. After your first loop you can finish, recieve a goody bag and medal, or just carry on as much as you like. There's an aid station fully stocked and there was a photographer too, so there free photos from the race day. All for a great price.

Was very disappointed with the organisation. Not very well marshalled/sign posted. However staff of Hardwick hall were incredible! Turned a bad experience into a good day.
