Route description
The 4km lap is an undulating, off road course through both the woods and grasslands of Minley Manor. It has a few hills but also plenty of flat sections, meaning it should be possible for those competing to get round quickly!
The event starts at 10:30 on Sunday the 11th August and finishes four hours later at 14:30. During this time, teams will try to complete as many laps of the course as they can! There will be three team categories; male, female and mixed with prizes awarded to the first, second and third teams in each category. Laps started before 14:30 can be completed and will count towards the team total, so plan your laps to try to squeeze that last one in!
