The 4k lap is an undulating, off road course through both the woods and grasslands of Minley Manor. It has a few hills but also plenty of flat sections, meaning it should be possible for those competing to get round quickly!

All race numbers will be collected on the morning from race HQ. Nothing will be sent out in advance.
Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or over to take part. Children are most welcome to come to support and enjoy the excellent race day atmosphere.
*Facilities
There will be food and drink vendors on-site all day to keep everyone fed and watered.
