Age Requirements
All runners must be 15 or older to participate in this event.
Cut-Off Time
There is no explicit cut-off time, however there is a sweep marshal. As long as you finish before the marshal you have completed the course.
Race Packs
Your race pack will be sent to you in the post before the event.
Aid Stations
St John Ambulance will be onsite to provide assistance throughout the day.
Marshal Information
There will be marshals guiding you throughout the route. There will also be a marshal sweep, to ensure nobody is left behind, and all runners are accounted for.
Toilets
There will be toilets at Race HQ.
Showers
There will be showers at changing rooms available, so you can freshen up after your race.
Results
Results will be uploaded to Nice Work's website as soon as possible after the race.
