Route information
The run follows a linear trail from Pentrefoelas on the outskirts of Snowdonia, to Bodfari in the Vale of Clwyd.
Runners will climb a total of 5325ft over the 42.4 mile course and will cover ground which is not well trodden.
The scenery will be breathtaking. Some highlights of the route include: the high ground of Mynydd Hireathog, Clocaenog Forest, hidden reservoirs and of course views of Snowdonia.
There are 6 sections each around 6-9 miles in length. At the end of each section, there will be water and refreshments.

What is the structure to the day?
The day will be broken down into 6 sections, roughly 6 to 9 miles in length. There will be first aid, food/refreshments at each section and your change of clothes, should you need it.
Should I bring snacks/supplies?
Yes. Although some food and drinks will be provided for you, it is recommended that you bring your own personal stash to keep you going.
What happens if I get injured along the way?
In the unlikely event that you are injured Outfit will arrange transportation back to your vehicle.
