Come and join Zig Zag at the exclusive venue at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX
It's a seven-hour cut off, (if you start at 9am, and 5hour event if you start at 11am).
Your race, your pace, your distance! This race offers you a number of distance choices - 5k, 10k, Half, Full or Ultra
This route is an out and back, making it a very social route.
The marathon will be two out and back loop. The half marathon will be one out and back and the 5k/10k will have turnaround points. The half marathon will be utilising the Gallops Half Marathon Route.
There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k.

Waves
Participants have the choice to start their race at 9 am or 11 am. It's a seven-hour cut off event, (if you start at 9am, and 5hour event if you start at 11am).
Race Packs
Race bibs will be collected on the day from registration.
Age Restrictions
All entrants must be 18 and older to enter the event.
Water/Aid Station
There will be a water/aid station at Race HQ, which will be situated at the start and lap point of the route.
Lucky Dip Medal
The lucky dip medal gives runners a chance of receiving a previous Zig Zag Events medal for a slightly reduced cost. This can be chosen when registering and ensures a little surprise on event day.
Cupless Event
Please note the event has gone cupless, so please bring your own water bottle to the event.

Any baggage will need to be left in your cars
Do I need to wear trail running shoes at The Hoof Hearted (Again) Run?
Normal running trainers should be plenty for this event. If there has been wet weather trail shoes may be helpful, but running trainers should still be fine.
Will there be a food and drink station at The Hoof Hearted (Again) Run?
Yes there will be an aid station supplying water and sugary snacks at the event Base Camp situated at the lap point of the 5.3k course.
