Run a minimum of 5k on any day of June. Record it, verify it to earn your finisher's medal. There are seven medals to choose from. You can even enter one, or even run the entire seven-day challenge to earn all seven medals.

Llanwarne Car Park is roughly 3 miles from the start location. Some runners may wish to use this distance as a warm-up for the race. Alternatively, ride the number 33 bus (towards Roos-on-Wye), from Laskett Lane, alighting at Pengethley Manor Hotel.
