Kent Golden Mile:
With no turnaround to contend with, the point-to-point Mile along the Dymchurch seafront is the perfect opportunity to let your legs fly as you speed to a new PB. Join hundreds of other runners to benchmark yourself against the best on the pancake flat course.
5K:
If you have energy leftover, take a jaunt in the 5K out and back race along the promenade. The race will be fast and flat, and will start and finish close to the Martello Towers.

Parking:
The race headquarters will be at the Martello Tower. Parking is available at the Martello Tower Car Park and in other designated car parks within the town centre, but please take note of any parking restrictions or charges that may be in force.
Train:
For those wishing to arrive by train, the closest station is Westenhanger, which is around 7 miles away so you will need arrange additional transport.

Results will be available as runners enter the race centre. They will also be published to the event website and emailed to participants as soon as possible after the race.

Yes, there will be medical services in attendance. The course will also be marshalled to provide assistance to runners.
Will there be free parking at the Kent Golden Mile & 5K?
There will be parking at the Martello Tower Car Park and within the town, however, charges may apply. Please consider taking public transport or carpooling.
