This 5K Colour Run is not a race, this event is about having fun and raising money for charity by throwing a bit of coloured cornstarch about. The event is not timed and so runners should focus on their throwing arm more than their legs.
The aim of the game is to start white and finish bright.
If you are interested in throwing some colours about but don't wish to run, then you can purchase bags of the coloured powder at the event.

Don't worry, this is just coloured cornstarch so it is non-toxic. However, you are encouraged to wear sunglasses to prevent this from happening.

You are definitely not encouraged to do this, but it is cornstarch so it is non-toxic.
Will the colour from the JM Colour Run wash out of my clothes?
Yes, it is easiest when your clothes and the cornstarch is dry but it will wash out with a bit of soap as well.
