The Kymin Dash is a beautiful 7-mile looped course that covers the peaks of Kymin and the Wye Valley. In it's 8th consecutive year this race has become a local favourite and will put your lungs to the test. Perfect for beginners and veterans looking to practice their hill climbing.

Route information
This sell-out event takes place in the Wye Valley, and involves a hefty climb to 850 feet where runners can appreciate the stunning scenery from the Round House. But, as with every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction - so after summiting Kymin the remainder of the race takes you on a gentle descent through the fields of Wye.
If you have the lungs (and the quads) then you could be crowned King/Queen of the Hill by beating the competition to the top.

There will be water stations throughout the course and mile markers to keep you on track.

Cars: There will be free car parking available at the Monmouth School Sports Club car park. Additional parking will be available across the road at the cricket grounds.

Please note there is a 15 minute walk from the club car park to the race start, there will be marshals to direct you but please make sure to leave enough time.
