Swim 750m , Bike 21.5km, Run 4.8km
Starting from YMCA Lakeside at Newby Bridge, take part in a 750m Open Water Swim in the clear waters of Windermere Lake. On exiting the water, head into transition to prepare for an undulating 21.5km bike on an out and back route along the scenic Lakeland roads with a loop around Esthwaite Water. Returning to transition back at Lakeside YMCA. Enjoy the 4.5km run course which is an undulating route around the trails of YMCA. The run consists of 4 laps.
