The Last Hurrah – Kamikaze Run routes

Choose one or two laps. Each lap is approx 6km long and routed over the harshest terrain and will see Kamikaze runners tackle such obstacles as:

Snakes wedding. An entanglement of ropes.

Bog Crossing. Only the deepest dankist bog will do. make sure you keep both hands on the safety rope at all times.

Kamikaze Slide. Soap up and slide. Feet first only, please.

Rope Climb. Hills so steep and slippery the only way up is by rope.

River Run. Wet feet = happy feet…..

On completion of your lap(s) head down the finish straight and overcome:

Japanese bunk beds. A huge tower with zig zagging slots to crawl up

Barbed wire crawl. Keep that bum low!

Net climb. Large net to get your self over. 3 points of contact at all times.

Grease wall. get up and over any way you can. You may require the help of several others.

Pyramids. Modeled on Japans famous pyramids…a series of ever larger triangles to hurdle over.

Rope Swing. Swing across the pit of smoke.

This is a roughty toughty event. The course is on undulating and rough terrain and the obstacles require some common sense and ability. Make sure you read and agree to the terms and conditions of the event before entering.
