Route information
All three of the routes on offer display some of New Forest National park's best trails. Runners will start Roundhill Campsite in Brockenhurst and run through ancient woodland right in the centre of the forest. Bats tend to roost in the broadleaved trees and thick young conifers provide shelter for deer, so keep your eyes peeled.
The trails will be mostly smooth and gravel ensuring the event is perfect for all abilities of runners. There will be a few short slopes to keep you interested as you run around, and the trails can get muddy so come prepared!

There will be free parking available at the venue. It is recommended by the event organiser to car share where possible, to allow enough car park spaces for everyone.

There will be approximately three hydration and nutrition outposts on these routes, provided by Precision Hydration.
Plastic-Free Event
Maverick Race is making every effort to make this season 100% plastic-free. For this reason, there will be no plastic cups at this event, so runners should bring a reusable cup or bottle with them to refill at the stations located on route.
Canicross Entry
This is a dog-friendly event, and users can purchase a spot for their furry fiend for £3 extra.
Unfortunately, the entry for canicross runners has reached capacity for canicross entries, and no more will be permitted.
Spectator Info
It is strongly encouraged to invite friends and family along to spectate the race, as supporters are integral in creating an amazing race-day atmosphere.
Supporters will also have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area and take in the breath-taking landscape for themselves.
