The short and medium routes are perfect for first time trail runners, and will give runners a new adventure to take on as they travel over really flat, easy-to-navigate terrain.
Each mostly flat, and slightly undulating route will start and finish in the event village, trailing through wildlife-rich estuaries, ancient heaths, windswept shingle beaches and historic villages. These mud-flats and creeks of the AONB's estuaries contain wetland sites that are refuges for wildlife like nightjar, woodlark, and rare health butterflies.
