Starting and finishing in Stonor Park, which is split by the River Thames and nestled in the Chiltern Hills, this location can only be described as quintessential middle England. The 3 routes are all set in the estate which is home to fallow deer and wallabies... yep, wallabies! All the routes are relatively challenging and with 3 to choose from, there is something for everyone.

Age Requirements

Runners of all ages can take part in any distance at our Dark Series events, but those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the run. Those under 13 can sign up for free.

Dog Entries

Unfortunately you will not be able to take part with your dog during our Dark Series events.

Plastic-Free Event

Maverick Race is making every effort to make this season 100% plastic-free. For this reason, there will be no plastic cups at this event, so runners should bring a reusable cup or bottle with them to refill at the stations located on route.

Transfers

If you want to transfer out of an event, this is ok, but only once. You can only transfer to an event if it has not sold out.

The last day to transfer out of an event is the Monday before event day (5 days before the event) - please email Maverick on info@maverick-race.com with the name of the event you would like to move to. The organiser is not able to move you out of an event if you contact them after this day.
