FAQs
What is the cut-off time for the Maverick Adidas Terrex X & Snowdonia?
The short (17km) and middle (23km) distances do not have cut off times. But, there are for the marathon (42km) and ultra (64km). The marathon has an 8 hour cut off time, and the ultra has an 11 hour cut off time. These are for your safety, and if runners don't get to the checkpoints in time they'll be collected by marshalls.

Trail shoes are essential for this type of event - it's very uneven out there! Mandatory race kit for Snowdonia includes: taped waterproof jacket, taped waterproof trousers, mobile phones must be carried, nutrition for the race and water, there will be water stops but always bring extra. You'll also need a foil blanket, a map (supplied), a head torch with spare batteries, hat/buff, gloves, additional base layers and a reusable cup.
Why do I need a re-usable cup or bottle?
Maverick have pledged themselves to protecting the great British outdoors. By doing so, they're on a quest to make the up and coming season 100% plastic free.
