Route information
This event takes place in the ever-popular Regent's Park in the heart of London.
The undulating course consists of 3-laps on tarmac or hard gravel pathway. In the past runners have been fortunate enough to see giraffes, camels, and the odd big cat as they run past the Zoo. Other highlights include the Boating Lake, floral gardens, and centuries-old statues.
This course is appropriate for all levels of runners but please always be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists, and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.

Parking
Car parking is limited, it is recommended that you use public transport to reach race HQ.
By Tube
There are several tube stops near the park including Baker Street, Regent's Park, Great Portland Street, St. John's Wood, and Camden Town.
By Train
London Marylebone station is a short walk from the park.

Age Requirements
All entrants must be 15 years or older on the date of the event to participate.
Race Packs
Race packs will not be posted to entrants, everyone must collect their race packs from registration on the day.
Water stations
There will be water stations available on every lap of the course.
Headphones
All entrants are prohibited to wear noise-canceling headphones, however, you may use earphones at a low volume so that you can hear marshall's instructions.
Wheelchairs
This event is perfectly suitable for wheelchair participants, please contact the organiser in advance to make any appropriate arrangements for the race.

Prizes will be awarded to the top three runners overall and the top runner in each of the veteran categories (V40/V50/V60/V70) for both males and females.
