The Muscle Acre Mud Slog

If you and your friends are after a fun new challenge then look no further than the Muscle Acre run.
You will need to challenge yourself as you run through hilly farmland and power through the obstacles which will include mud, water, ditches, walls, tyre climb, rig, muddy wilderness, monkey bars, tree house and a few surprises. You will need to dig deep and show true determination to complete the course.
It's not just a run it is an experience and even if you don't enter as part of a team, we actively encourage teamwork and we hope that you will help your fellow participants to complete the run. You will meet some like minded people and may make some new friends.
Although the course is tough and challenging it has a fun atmosphere and we hope that you will finish the course still smiling!
Free parking (2 minutes from the Event Village and Start), Free bag drop, Free photo, Free piece of kit, Goodie bag, beer & a banana! PLEASE NOTE - We are a UK & Euro Qualification Race so, the first 10 (or 50% if less than 20) runners in each age category will automatically qualify for the UK and Euros Championship. You will need to show a screenshot of your timing at a qualifying race to OCRA when you register for the Champs.
