Route information
This spring marathon is set in the pretty seaside town of Cromer on Norfolk's northern coast. Enjoy a closed-road route which starts by North Lodge Park and finishes overlooking Cromer Pier, with amazing sea views.
The route takes participants out of Cromer's town centre and past the lighthouse, into the surrounding countryside. Runners will then head towards the quiet village of Crossdale Street and then into Northrepps, where they'll pass the 5k mark. Continuing along quiet roads, the route cuts through open fields before hitting Southrepps and the 10k point.
The next section of the race entails running through the villages of Lower Street, Bradfield and Trunch. After heading on to Gimingham, participants will reach the 30k mark, which brings them out onto the Norfolk coastline. The route then loops back into Northrepps, beginning a relatively straight final stretch into Cromer to finish at the pier.
Profits from the race will be reinvested in local sport and physical activity organised by EPIC Norfolk.
