Swim
This will be a pool swim of 300m. You will take on 17 laps of the pool all starting at individual times. Your start time will be determined by the estimated finish time you enter at the checkout, so please give as accurate a finish time as possible. Please enter your time in hrs:min:sec.
Bike
Ride in and around Portland Island, covering 17 kilometres of ground. Pass the iconic Portland Bill Lighthouse on your way.
Run
Race along the stunning Hamm Beach in this off-road route. Cover 5 kilometres of the ground as you take in the beautiful waterfront views.

Registration
You must collect your race number and everything you need from registration before the start of the race. Please arrive with plenty of time to park, register, place your bike in the transition area and sufficiently warm-up.
Age Restrictions
You must be at least 15 years old on the day of the event to take part. Entrants of the age 15 must give parental consent.
Swim Start Times
Every entrant will have an individual start time for the swim portion of the race. This allocated start time will be determined by the estimated finish time you enter at the checkout, so please give as accurate a finish time as possible. Please enter your time in hrs:min:sec.
