This unique course structure has 3 checkpoints around Nottingham and participants have a maximum of 4 hours to run. Participants can choose to start their event at any checkpoint and can either follow the checkpoints recommended order or make up their own route.

The course is a mix of path, road, and trail running. With both flat and undulating sections this challenge is as hard as you make it.
