09:00 Race starts
15:00 Race ends
All entrants must be aged 18 and over in order to participate in this event.
This event has a cut-off time of 6 hours, so the challenge finishes at 15:00.
At 08:00 entrants must collect their race number from the start line/aid station on the morning of the event. This station closes at 08:50
There will be a fully stocked aid station at base camp full of well-loved items, like fudge, cakes, cookies, and jelly babies along with all the savoury alternatives.
Please note that if you require aid such as energy tablets, gels, and supplements, then you may need to bring these yourself. There will be a separate table for personal fuel, so please make sure that your bottles or items are clearly labelled so that no one takes them by accident.
There won't be an official bag drop, however, participants may leave their bags at the base camp as a member of the Rasselbock team will always be around. Please note that your belongings are left at your own risk, so it is strongly advised to leave any valuables at home or keep them on your person.
There will be no changing rooms available at this event, so please arrive ready to run.
There will be some public toilets that will be open for use from 8.30 am, located at the Visitor Center that is located between the car park and the base camp.
To reduce their impact on the environment, Rasselbock Running is now hosting cupless events. This means that all runners must bring their own bottle to refill at the aid station.
