Competitors will complete a 5.3k looped course through Horseheath Race Trials. The course itself will be over mixed terrain. You will have 6 hours to knock over as many kilometres as possible.

You can run as few or as many laps as you wish, resting between laps or pushing yourself through the whole 6 hours.
