We were told in the emails running up that Baker Street was the closet tube station but it wasn’t Regent’s Park was the closest. So we got out at Baker Street and had a longer walk to the park. When we arrived at the park there was no signage indicating where the start line was. We found it eventually as we found other runners having the same problems. And we all found it together. Course was good and enjoyed the run once we got going. However a day later we have still not received our official chip time. I thought we would have received these almost instantly when you cross the finish line like other 10 k runs we have completed.

It was my first time to participate in this kind of event. Truly fantastic! The staff, the organisation and also the autumn scenery made me motivated more to carry on with my laps.

Results have still not come through and yet this is the second marketing email I have received since the race yesterday. Quicker results and fewer marketing emails please!

I enjoyed the race in very nice surroundings but it was 160m long it seems. We also had 2 different maps in the run up to the race so it took some time to get the full information around where it would start but it did work out in the end.

It’s three laps of Regent’s Park so was tedious by 3rd lap. Be aware there is no one looking after your bag; they are just left on the ground. Rather than having a photographer, it would have been preferable to have someone watching the bags.

Apart from the postcode taking you to the wrong part of the park, it was a well organised run. With not too many people, it was suitable for all levels. Lovely park with a great atmosphere. Would recommend anybody to try this course
