Route information
This is a looped course, where runners will complete 3 laps as part of the 10k. The race will take place on the tarmac and gravel paths within the park and is ideal for runners of any level.
Athletes will run parallel to London Zoo, enjoying the opportunity to spot the array of wildlife within. The course will then weave through all of the park's iconic features from historic monuments to the scenic boating lake. As one of London's most picturesque green spaces, this is certainly not one to be missed.
The park will remain open to the public, therefore runners are advised to be aware of all other park users.
This race will be course marshalled and distance marked, with regular opportunities to fuel up at the refreshment stations.

You must attend registration to collect your bib number, nothing will be posted.
Age Requirements
Entrants must be 15 years of age or older to take part in this event.
Wheelchairs
This event is suitable for wheelchair users. Any participants wanting to compete with specialised equipment must contact the organiser of the race before entering to make sure they can accommodate any additional requirements.
Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
Use of buggies, pushchairs, strollers or similar is prohibited under UK Athletics rules of competition.
Prizes
There will be prizes for the following categories:
- Top Three places overall for males and females
- V40/V50/V60/V70 for both males and females
Toilets
There will be toilets available at the start/finish area for use throughout the event.
Water Stations
There will be water stations available during each lap of the event.
Headphones
Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited. Other types of headphones/earphones are permitted but must be set to a low volume.
Dogs
Participants must not be accompanied by their personally owned dogs. Exceptions may apply if they are medical assistance dogs. You must contact the race organiser before signing up to receive special permission.
