Here's what races are available for The Regent's Park Half Marathon (Intermediate)
This event takes place in the ever-popular Regent's Park in the heart of London.
The undulating course consists of 5-laps on the tarmac or hard gravel pathway. In the past runners have been fortunate enough to see giraffes, camels and the odd big cat as they run past the Zoo. Other highlights include the Boating Lake, floral gardens and centuries-old statues.
This course is appropriate for all levels of runners but please always be vigilant of other runners, spectators, dogs, cyclists and other users of public footpaths and rights of way.
Please be aware that there is a strict 2 hour cut off limit, so this event is reserved for intermediate runners.

This event has a cut-off time of 2 hours, it is therefore recommended that only intermediate runners enter this race.
You must attend registration to collect your bib number, nothing will be posted.
Entrants must be 17 years of age or older to take part in this event.
This event is suitable for wheelchair users. Any participants wanting to compete with specialised equipment must contact the organiser of the race before entering to make sure they can accommodate any additional requirements.
Buggies, Pushchairs and Strollers
Use of buggies, pushchairs, strollers or similar is prohibited under UK Athletics rules of competition.
There will be prizes for the following categories:
- Top Three places overall for males and females
- V40/V50/V60/V70 for both males and females
There will be toilets available at the start/finish area for use throughout the event.
There will be water stations available during each lap of the event.
Noise-cancelling earphones/headphones are prohibited. Other types of headphones/earphones are permitted but must be set to a low volume.
Participants must not be accompanied by their personally owned dogs. Exceptions may apply if they are medical assistance dogs. You must contact the race organiser before signing up to receive special permission.
Is there a cut-off time for The Regent's Park Half Marathon (Intermediate)?
Yes, there is a 2 hour cut off, this is an event aimed at intermediate standard runners.
Will there be a bag drop at The Regent's Park Half Marathon (Intermediate)?
There will be a bag drop available, but it is recommended you bring as little baggage as possible.
Can I run wearing headphones in The Regent's Park Half Marathon (Intermediate)?
Noise cancelling headphones are not allowed, regular headphones are not recommended but can be used if set at a low volume allowing you to hear instructions from marshals.
Had a really great time at Regents Park Half Marathon, super friendly and enthusiastic organisers and a really nice, small field of runners. Would recommend.
