About
Standard, Sprint and Supersprint events, pool swim with individual starts in a 'snake swim' style. The cycle course is on wide main roads with long stretches to get some good speed up and and the lapping run course around the village, perfect for spectators. Also you could enter a Relay Team for two/three persons each taking a section of the event.The event is an early start of 7.30am, but that means nice clear roads.
