About
The annual ROC 5K (3 mile) Charity Fun Run will take place after work on Tuesday 26 June 2018 starting and finishing at Lemon Quay, Truro. This is the fifth year of the run and it raised just over £15,000 last year. We will be raising funds again for the ROC Wellbeing Social Club in Truro and for IT equipment for the Chapel, Wheal Busy near Chasewater.

Your Registration Includes:
Fee includes pasty, Skinners beer or Cornish apple juice, plus a t-shirt which you can wear to train in as well as on the night.
The event is open to all abilities to run, jog or walk the 5k**.** The minimum age is 11. You can enter as an individual or as a team of 4. Prizes will be awarded on the night for the fastest runners in male, female and junior (under 17) categories.
