Route information
This is an exciting team event with a 5k lapped route around Scammonden Wate. The first team member of 3 starts running and picks up the next runner after every 5k lap. The clock doesn't stop until the last member of the team crosses the line so you'll need to encourage each other along the way and choose the legs tactically.
Runner 1 will complete 15k.
Runner 2 will complete 10k.
Runner 3 will complete 5k.
Runner 2 will complete 10k.
Runner 3 will complete 5k.
- Lap 1 - 1st runner runs solo and at end of lap 1 they pick up runner 2
- Lap 2 - 1st runner & 2nd runner at end of lap 2 pick up runner 3
- Lap 3 - Runners 1, 2 and 3 run this final lap together all cross the finish line together.
