Route information
STATION 1: PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST
Beep test, alternating between push ups/pull ups/sit ups/4x25m sprints. Teams 1-4 start here.
STATION 2: 1.5 MILER
Formation run (2 ranks of 3) around the rugby club 3 times, for a total of 1.5 miles. After a 1 minute rest, you will run back. Teams 5-8 start here.
STATION 3: GUN RUN
Dismantle a simulated 'Field Gun', run the equipment across the pitch, and reassemble it on the other side. Repeat as many times as possible in a given time. Teams 9-12 start here.
STATION 4: FIREMAN CARRY/DRAGS
In teams of 6, you will get in 3 pairs: Person 1 fireman carries Person 2 across the pitch, they switch and Person 2 fireman carries Person 1 back. Repeat this format with a forward/backward drag. Teams 13-16 start here.
**STATION 5: 4.5k Off-Roader

Straight out-and-back run cross country on a marked course. Teams 17-20 start here.

Parking:
There will be limited parking available at the event site, at the cost of £5 per vehicle. It is advised that you car share where possible. The rugby club does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to cars or possessions.
Event day logistics
Team captain must hand in all printed tickets, health questionnaires, disclaimers, and Justgiving pages at registration. Registration should only take about 15 minutes, but please arrive in plenty of time.
Schedule:
09:15: Gates open
09:30: Registration opens
11:15: Registration closes
11:40: Warm Up
11:55: Teams must go to their starting stations
12:00: Event begins
18:00: Event finishes

Spectator Info
The event welcomes all spectators and children to come along, and there will be a friendly atmosphere for everyone. There will be buckets for any spectator donations on the day.

Kit List
Please ensure you wear trainers and the appropriate clothing for this event. Team coloured T-Shirts would be a good idea for ease of recognition. All teams members will be issued with their team number which should be secured to the front of their shirts. Bring safety pins.
