Bit congested for the first km , quite small pathway to run along making it difficult to pass so get away quickly if you don’t want to be held up. Event well organised . Will enter October race

Very well organised and great course, friendly staff. Perhaps a staggered start in future to avoid congestion along the route?

Loved the course and very friendly team but think there should be two starts as 5 k runners were impeded by slower 10 k runners so was a bit frustrating as would have been nice to get a good time as otherwise could have done a parkrun instead also would be nice to have chip times ranking column as due to narrow start we couldn’t get over start line until nearly a minute after then gun went ... my husband was 8 th by chip time but 12 th gun time.. we don’t usually care but as this was a paid race would be nice to see how we did. And people with headphones on couldn’t hear faster runners coming through either. But all in all a lovely course friendly team and great medal!

Fab race but narrow paths in some places made it difficult to overtake other runners, especially when they insisted on running 2 abreast with their friends.

Was a lovely run. Great forest route . Nice to get away from the tarmac .Really enjoyed it . The end of the 5k going for sprint finish cause a slight problem with the 10k turning around and continuing . Just need to maybe keep left at this point . But will definitely be signing up again

Lovely course, relatively flat and nicely shaded! A little narrow in places which meant it was down to single file but that wasn't for too long.. My spectators who weren't from the area found it difficult to know where the course was to know where to stand but other than that a great course and one I would recommend. Well marshalled and signed as you were running round. I'll be back to try and beat my time next year!

Loved the course, even though it was two laps. Fairly flat course. Organisation was good, there were toilets and food. Atmosphere was lovely and relaxed.
