The course follows a 5KM route, with 10KM runners completing two laps of the course, while 5KM athletes will complete one.

Really well organised apart from not enough room to park and the presentation wasn’t where it was supposed to be so I missed it!

Little music, not much warm up, the courses are already mapped so very high ticket price Just to do the same lap twice. At the end not clear who’s doing what, get medal. Poor selection of food and drink at end considering ticket price. Poor medal With no date, year or distance on. Was no different to running a free park run

Lovely course. Wasn't happy about the presentation as was told it was at the reg tent at a certain time, so I went to get a coffee and they held it at the start line. I had to be told by someone else they'd held it and only got my prize for position, not age cat.

This was my first ever official 10k event which I really enjoyed and was pleased with my finishing time. However it would of been nice to have received my medal rather than been told to take it off the table!
I did really enjoy it and it has inspired me to enter more events next year
