Route information
Take on this beautiful route around the Cotswold countryside, there will be plenty of hills with some spectacular views to enjoy throughout. You will be taken to the Cotswold way, into the Pen Woods and onto the Water Station. Take in the breathtaking scenery throughout as you run, walk or jog this amazing course.
There will be a flat section before 8k, before beginning the descent of Pen Hill towards a different part of the Cotswold Way. You will enter back into the woods for a final loop of Marling field as you approach the finish.

There is parking in the Village Hall Grounds for approx. 60 cars, accessible just opposite the Kings Head Pub. Further, Parking for approx is available in the Village Car Park accessible to the right of the King’s Head pub

Age Requirements
- Selsey Sizzler: You must be 15 years old or over to participate in this event
- Little Sizzler: You must be between 7 to 14 years old or over to participate in this event
- Family Sizzler: You must be aged 4 or over to participate (any children must be accompanied by an adult)
Race Number collection
UKA affiliated athletes and other Club members may be required to prove their Club Affiliation by showing their UKA licence or other respective ID at registration.
Safety Briefing
There will be a safety briefing 10 minutes before the start of the race briefing.
Headphones
The race permit for this strongly advises runners to not wear personal headphones/earphones.
Toilets
There are two toilets at the campsite/car park.
Water stations
There will be water stations at 5k and at the finish line.
Series Entry
Entrants can choose to enter the whole series, Nailsworth, Selsley & Cranham, when entering the event.

Registration will open at 8am from Race HQ tent, UKA affiliated athletes may be required to prove their club affiliation by showing their UKA licence or other respective ID at registration.
Will there be a bag drop available at the Selsley Sizzler & Little Sizzler?
There is no supervised bag drop, but you can leave belongings in the lounge room inside the village hall.
Will there be water stations available at the Selsley Sizzler & Little Sizzler?
Yes, there will be water provided at the start, the Water Station at 5k, and at the finish line.
