Route information
All distances will follow the cliff top paths towards Flamborough and all will be starting and finishing at the Ship Inn Pub. This will be a very scenic run with the refreshing seaside air.

- You must be aged 16 or over to compete in the 5k.
- You must be aged 18 or over to compete in the 10k, half marathon and marathon.
