Route information
This mixed-terrain route will take you around the fantastic Lingfield countryside. You will run through fields, along roads, and between the trees in both races. The 10k is 2 laps of the course and the 5k is one. There will be water stations at the 3k mark and at the start/finish. This race will be muddy underfoot throughout so make sure to pack your trail shoes, expect an undulating route with some tough terrain, this race will be perfect to start off cross-country season.

There will be free parking on site, please follow the Marshals' directions and make to arrive early so that you have plenty of time to arrive and register before the run.

The closest train station is Lingfield station which is a 1.4 mile walk or jog to the start.

Race Packs
All participants must collect their race numbers and timing chip from registration on the day. You must connect your timing chip to your shoes and you must hand it in as you cross the finish line.

- Water bottle (this is a cupless event cups or bottles will not be provided)
Bag Drop
Please plan ahead and have enough time before you start to check your bag in at the baggage drop. The bag drop will be monitored at all times.
Virtual Runs
If you cannot attend the event you are welcome to take part in the virtual run on the day. Just buy your entry and create your own route. All proceeds will go to the Star Run 4 Young Epilepsy Charity.

Yes, there will be plenty of free parking available for all entrants.
Where is the bag drop at the Star Run?
The baggage drop will be located at event HQ , please make sure you arrive in plenty of time to queue up and drop off your bag before the start of the race.
