A 5k run starting and finishing on the track at Tavistock College, and taking place on the 3rd Saturday of each month. This event is modelled on the increasingly popular park runs; it uses canal and riverside paths, but to eek out a 5k traffic-free course it will also be using footpaths.

Will there be changing facilities at the Henley Culden Faw Half Marathon, 10k, and 5k?
No, there will not be changing facilities at the event.
Will there be a bag drop?
Yes, there will be a self-service bag drop where you can leave essential belongings.
Can I use headphones?
No, use of earphones/headphones is prohibited.
Is there a cut-off time?
While there is not official cut-off time, the venue will begin to be dismantled at 13:30pm. Runners will therefore need to have completed their distance by this time.
Is there an age requirement to enter?
Participants must be 17 and over to enter the Half Marathon, 15 and over to enter the 10k, and 11 and over to enter the 5k.
