Route information
The race is a 1 mile lap from Leas Foot Sands out and through the arch and back. If you're in the 2 and 3 mile options, there will be a short exit onto the beach before re-entering the water for lap 2/3. The children's races are held in the bay just of Leas Foot Sands.

Get full directionsYour entry includes free parking from 11am until late. This is in the field opposite the golf club. If you travel to the Golf Club, watch out for our Marshall.
You can also pay on the gate £10 cash for parking if no one in your car is in the adult event.
Please be aware that children's entries do not include a parking space.
Event day logistics
Reistration is in the field opposite the golf club and is open from 11am. You can park your car in the field and register, it is a short 200m walk to the beach.
Spectator Info
Spectating at this race is easy, park up, and then a short walk will get you onto Leas Foot Sand to see the start and finish of the event. You can also walk up onto the hills or onto South Milton Sands to get a great view of swimmers going through the Arch. Spectators can also enjoy the hot food, and drinks from the Golf Club.
