Brilliantly well organised, everything ran like clockwork. Not many crowds out, but enthusiastic volunteers made up for it at the aid stations. Course is pretty much 1% decline from mile 4 onwards, so good finish times are very likely.

Beautiful scenery, perfect off road running . Take an old jumper with you that you don’t mind leaving, it was freezing this year and you are taken to the starting point via coach , with no means of having warm up clothes returning back to you, ( point to point half )

Really friendly race, well organised especially having to bus people to the start. All good. Enjoyed it despite the wind and rain. Took us almost two years to do this following a deferment but worth the wait!

Great half for targeting a PB and very scenic to boot. Excellent organisation but could do with waves based on estimated finish time.
