Route information
This route takes place in the village of Ousden which is known as the Valley of Owls in Suffolk, take in the magnificent countryside whilst you run. We will be utilising the Dalham Kiln route which is a Half marathon Loop. Those doing the 5k and 10k will be doing the Goldings Hills Route.
The half marathon will be one loop, 2 loops for the full marathon and then the run to the 5k turnaround point for an ultra.

It's a seven-hour cut-off, finishing at 16:00.
Race Packs
Race bibs will be collected on the day from registration.
Age Requirements
All entrants must be 18 and older to enter the event.
Water/Aid Station
There will be an aid station of drinks and nibbles every 10k. There will be a water/aid station at Race HQ, which will be situated at the start and lap point of the route.
Bag Drop
It is advised that runners leave their baggage in their cars.
Lucky Dip Medal
The lucky dip medal gives runners a chance of receiving a previous Zig Zag Events medal for a slightly reduced cost. This can be chosen when registering and ensures a little surprise on event day.
Cupless Event
Please note the event has gone cupless, so please bring your own water bottle to the event.
