Distance: Over 27 miles
Elevation: 12,000 ft.
Scrambling: Some Grade 1

This is a challenging route suitable for runners with previous mountain running experience. The qualified guide will take the group out at a swift walking pace and running where the terrain permits it.
There will be some Grade 1 scrambling on the route and participants will have to pay special attention to Crib Goch as the exposure is significant and participants must have a good head for heights and be comfortable in the mountain environment.
Fully Qualified Guides
The guides will be looking after you on the hill itself and also at the end of each section where the support van and team will meet you with replenishment and your drop bags. Leading you every step of the way, providing medical cover and helping with transportation – you’ll have no worries about getting lost, just relax and enjoy your surroundings and the challenge!
There will be a maximum of 8 persons per guide.

Age Restrictions
All entrants must be aged 18 and over in order to participate.
Checkpoints & Aid Stations
There will be 3 aid stations where you'll be able to replenish your drinks and snacks. The support team will be able to bring your nutrition to the aid stations if you pass it on to them before starting.
The support team will also be able to bring any spare gear that you'll require including dry clothes!
