Absolutely, infact we are determined to help you put on weight. We will have home made cakes as well as other goodies to assist you around the course

SAFETY & MEDICAL
Force 12 take the safety of all of our support team and competitors very seriously. The team also happen to be registered paramedics and serving members of the emergency services helping us to provide excellent medical and safety cover.
As a competitor you will be assured that we will be using TrailMed Ltd who will provide Paramedic Practitioner led medical cover as well as a team of Paramedics and First Aiders both on the beach and out on the route.
You as the competitor simply need to focus on the race, let us manage the rest.
A full water rescue team will also be in attendance with a drone overhead to keep a good eye on you. Warming facilities are situated on the beach should they be required along with tea and coffee facilities.
