This is the first time Ive done this race. Im from Melksham and loved the idea of a local big race. There isnt anything negative to say about it. It was great and Ill be back next year

Third time at the event and probably my last only because there are other events to run. Slightly undulating but overall a PB course although I did find the course a little long.

Well organised event considering 95% is on live roads, so dodging traffic was an issue although as runners we do tend to look after each other. Thought the marshalls were excellent, very enthusiastic, only issue would be the goodie back - local paper and a packet of maltesers! The course is flat and quick which was great for me as I was using it primarily as a training event for Manchester Marathon - would recommend

Very well organised race. Parked for free right opposite finish so very convenient. Excellent marshalls all very supportive on a lovely route incorporating the beautiful Lacock. Plenty of toilets and fabulous selection of home baked cakes, tea and coffee afterwards for ridiculously cheap prices. All in all great value for money and a lovely medal to add to my collection. Will be back for more another year. Thanks to all involved.

Hello, really fantastic race, but would have been good to know there were only toilets in the pub, as the women's queue was nearly out of the door and over 40+ deep at one point, where the loos were no longer flushing :-(
