Join us for this brand new accurately measured 10 mile race using the undulating lanes surrounding the picturesque village of Woodchurch.

The event is open to runners of all abilities, from novices to experienced athletes and is perfect for those looking to clock some longer miles over the summer months.

If 10 miles is too far, why not try the 5 mile option? We will also have a 1 mile junior race so bring the whole family down! The event is held to raise much-needed funds for Woodchurch Primary School.

This was a great run. It's very "undulating" (meaning lots of uphill) but I loved it. It is very scenic, as always with a Nice Work race, very well organised and everyone was friendly and helpful. The local scout group provided water at mile 3 and there were burgers/hot dogs and cakes when we finished. The registration was in the village hall which was a nice dry place to prepare and use proper toilets. A great race which I will do again.

The only reason I didn't rate it 5 for atmosphere was that it was the first year of the race so there weren't that many runners. The course was great, facilities good - although they'll need more loos if they get more runners next year. Nice scenery. Helpful volunteers. Will sign up for next year.

Great course through nice scenery. Mostly flat or gentle slopes. Shame more of the roads (especially the narrower ones) couldn’t be closer but it was overall a nice friendly event. A longer course instead of two laps would be nice in future.

I am not from Woodchurch village but the village atmosphere was amazing. I was made to feel really part of the event, and raising money for the local school too is a great bonus. There was a brilliant buzz around the children's one mile race too.
