First time i ran this 10 mile race and was pleasantly surprised of how well it was organised with friendly marshals. The course was undulating and challenging but not to hard, two laps meant you knew what to expect in the second and I was able toopen up a little because last two miles was a steady down hill. run to the finish.I shall be making this a regular race in my diary.

I was surprised how well organised it was, under these difficult circumstances. I felt totally safe. Thank you

Staggered start well organised. A lovely route through the village. I enjoyed looking at the houses and gardens as we ran round .... took my mind off the pain 🤣

Good clear country lanes...1st 5k has some challenging inclines that takes it out of you but the final 3k is kinder so open up the burners with confidence.

Enjoyed this event. Well run in waves due to COVID. Went very smoothly. A few hill but nothing too bad

This was a great run. It's very "undulating" (meaning lots of uphill) but I loved it. It is very scenic, as always with a Nice Work race, very well organised and everyone was friendly and helpful. The local scout group provided water at mile 3 and there were burgers/hot dogs and cakes when we finished. The registration was in the village hall which was a nice dry place to prepare and use proper toilets. A great race which I will do again.

The only reason I didn't rate it 5 for atmosphere was that it was the first year of the race so there weren't that many runners. The course was great, facilities good - although they'll need more loos if they get more runners next year. Nice scenery. Helpful volunteers. Will sign up for next year.

Great course through nice scenery. Mostly flat or gentle slopes. Shame more of the roads (especially the narrower ones) couldn’t be closer but it was overall a nice friendly event. A longer course instead of two laps would be nice in future.

I am not from Woodchurch village but the village atmosphere was amazing. I was made to feel really part of the event, and raising money for the local school too is a great bonus. There was a brilliant buzz around the children's one mile race too.
