Route information
This off-road trail run makes the most of the River Thames towpath. The course has no elevation gain, making this a lovely fast route. It is an out and back course totalling 5.3k or 3.28 miles. You have 7 hours to run the course as many or few times as you would like - as long as you complete one lap then you are a finisher.

Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or older on the day of the event.
No Medal Option
Phoenix Running are now in their 8th year of fixed prices for their standard themed events, but to try and do their bit they're trailing a 'no medal' entry option at a flat £20. They cover their base costs, you get a run with all the usual Phoenix support, epic aid station, same day results published, athletes profiles, Phoenix World, digital BIBs, digital finishers certificates, etc, etc but without a medal. Choose this option at checkout if you like.
