Route information
50 Mile
The run route is 5 miles, starting and finishing at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds. You will have 15hrs and 30 minutes to complete the distance, giving you plenty of time. However, if you don't feel up to the full distance on the day, you can choose to just take part in the 7 hour time challenge which will be happening at the same time.
The course is fully signed so no navigational experience is required.
Time Challenge
You can choose to start the time challenge at either 7am or 2pm. You will have 7 hours to run the 4.37 mile course as many or as few times as you like. You will need to run 3 laps for a Half Marathon or 6 for a Marathon.

Age Requirements
All runners must be aged 18 or older on the day of the event.
Distance Pins
There will be a distance pin for all runners who complete either a half marathon, mega half marathon, marathon, 50km or Ultra in the 7hr time limit which can be attached to your medal ribbon.
Facilities
There are toilets and changing facilities at the start/finish area at race HQ. There will also be somewhere you can leave your bag, but this is not a secure bag drop.
