Route information
The event starts at Tonbridge Schools Sports Centre with a pool swim. From here, participants will be taken on bike routes surrounding the centre, and finally on a run looping back to the Sports Centre.
With 2 Triathlon distances, and aquabike, and aquathlon on offer, there's something for everyone.

There will not be any parking at the event. There are car parks in the town centre which can be used by participants. These car parks are located at The Castle, The Ivy House pub, Town Swimming Pool, plus more car parks in the centre of town. As it is a Bank Holiday, there is no charge payable.
Event day logistics
Race timings will be updated closer to the event date.
Registration
Registration will take place at the Sports Centre within Tonbridge School and will be open from 6am. Please leave your bike in the bike race next to registration while you collect your race number, bike stickers, and safety pins.
Race Briefing
There will be a race briefing before the race which will also be available online before the event. Please ensure you have read the briefing before the event.
Start Times
For those involved in the age group competition, it is required that competitors start by age group and distance, eg the oldest standard distance competitor starts first and the youngest sprint distance competitor starts last.
Transition
- Only registered competitors are permitted in transition
- No mobile phones, MP3 players, iPods or earphones are permitted within the transition area
- Please ensure you are wearing your helmet correctly before arriving at the checkpoint
- Please ensure bar end plugs are in place
- Racking will be numbered and only 4 bikes will be racked on each span
- Access to and from transition will not be permitted without displaying your body marking
- A small bag can remain with competitors' bikes
- An area will be designated within the transition for competitors to store a bag with other belongings
Relay
There is the option for entrants to enter the Sprint Triathlon as a relay of 3 members. 1 member will take on 1 section of the event.
