Route information
This event is well cemented as one of South West London's most popular multi-sport occasions in the calendar and makes up part of the British Triathlon London Senior League.
Kicking off in Tooting Bec Lido - the largest freshwater swimming pool in the UK - participants will complete an 810m swim which equates 9 lengths of the pool.
The run will then take you out into Tooting Common for a two lapped route which will total 5km.
This event welcomes athletes of all abilities.
