Get a jump on the week ahead by taking part in this Monday evening training session. You'll be put through your paces by a qualified coach in this group session. Perfect for those wanting to improve their athletic fitness as you'll work on speed, endurance, strength, power and performance.

Route description
Route description

You'll be part of a trail running training session in Tring from a qualified coach. The goal will be to improve performance in trail running and general fitness.

Logistics and schedule

19:00 Training session starts

20:00 Training session finishes

Kit List

  • Wicking top and shorts / leggings
  • Socks
  • Trail running shoes (sufficient tread)
  • Waterproof jacket/ bag (weather dependent)

Ability

This program is open to all abilities however, if you are new to running, it is recommended that you have already completed the Couch to 5k program.
