The course are designed to improve your trail running experience. Each class will focus on a different area with the overall goal to improve the 5 fundamental phases of athletic fitness covering speed, endurance, strength, power and performance.
Each session will be lead by a qualified coach and include a dynamic warm-up, the training session, and cool down.

The exact location for the class will be sent out 1 week before the class. It will be in the Tring/ Aldbury area.
Event day logistics
10:00 Training session starts
11:00 Training session finishes
- Wicking top and shorts / leggings
- Trail running shoes (sufficient tread)
- Waterproof jacket/ bag (weather dependent)
This program is open to all abilities however, if you are new to running, it is recommended that you have already completed the Couch to 5k program.

Is Trail Fit just a session to improve performance in trail runs?
Not at all. Whilst the focus is on trail running training, these sessions benefit anyone looking to improve their overall running or general fitness.
Do I have to be a regular trail runner to take part in Trail Fit?
No, this event is open to all abilities though it is recommended that you have already taken part in the Couch to 5k program.
