Ultra
Total Ascent: 14,299ft | Distance: 50.5 miles
You’ll start the race from idyllic Gilestone Farm, which stands on the banks of the river Usk and overlooks the majestic Brecon Beacons and pick off multiple peaks on your way which include the beautiful Fan Y Big and the nail biting Cribyn.
Prior ultra experience recommended.
Marathon
Total Ascent: 4,949ft | Distance: 26.8 Miles
Your race begins from the idyllic Gilestone Farm, which sits on the river Usk and overlooks the majestic Brecon Beacons.
Trail Pursuit Marathon will head out on the Brecon Beacons Way around the beautiful Talybont Reservoir, before heading up to Fan Y Big crossing Cribyn, before finally climbing the most sought after mountain South Wales has to offer - Pen Y Fan.
From here you will be treated to a breathtaking decent through the winding trails of Taf Fechan Forest.
Half Marathon
Total Ascent: 2036ft | Distance: 13.8 Miles
This route starts at Gilestone Farm and heads out along the river Usk whilst running along the Brecon Beacons Way, where you will circumnavigate the beautiful Talybont Reservoir.
You'll experience some of the best single forest tracks Wales has to offer, whilst enjoying the mountainous scenery in the heart of the Beacons.
10k
Total Ascent: 1230ft | Distance: 10.3k
Once again starting from Gilestone Farm, runners will head out along the river Usk before joining the Brecon Beacons Way and heading up to Craig Danywenallt where you will pass a beautiful iron age fort. Descending back into forest trails in the valley bottom for an epic run.
Guided Yoga/Breathwork, Navigation & Workshops/Athlete Speakers
Across the weekend there will be a variety of guided yoga sessions led by qualified instructors. All yoga sessions will be completely accessible for all levels. The events resident Breathwork Coach Kay Lou will be running a number of breathwork workshops during the weekend to help re-centre you and elevate your senses
There will also be navigational workshops to brush up, or learn, map and orienteering skills.
A number of inspiring athletes speakers will also be giving talks. Currently the founder of Impact Marathons, a global race series harnessing the power of running to change lives, is confirmed to be speaking.
More speakers will be announced soon.
If all of the above isn't enough, entrants can enjoy the festival vibes, with live music an events village filled with food and drinks, and so much more.

Camping located next to the start line. Please note this is a basic campsite, with no electrical hookups. There is a fresh water tap and portable toilets on site.
Also no fire pits are allowed.
By Car
Using the postcode in satnav takes you past the turn off to Gilestone Farm.
If you reach the Usk Inn on your left, or a T Junction, you’ve gone too far.
Turn around and take a left turn into Gilestone Farm then follow the last section of the directions above.

There is parking available but it is for a fee.
By Public Transport
The nearest railway station is Abergavenny from where buses run to Talybont on Usk (destination Brecon). The bus stop in Talybont on Usk is close to the White Hart public house which is approximately 1 mile / 1.6km walk from Gilestone. Search for Gilestone Farm on Google.

Several taxi firms serving the area operate from Crickhowell and from Abergavenny.

Age Requirements
All individual entrants for 5k through to marathon must be aged 17 or over. This is to comply with UK Athletics guidance. For the Kids 1 Mile race any age between 5 - 12 years old.

Yes, while there is a package that includes a camping space, please bring your own tent & camping gear.

No, all the courses are fully marked and marshalled so theres no need to spend any extra energy on that.
