This women-only trail run is perfect for both new and experienced trail runners. Grouped on ability, runners will be led through the stunning Chiltern Hills in an 8km trail run. Come for a great day running through this AONB and get bitten by that trail running bug.

Route information
The route will start at the stunning Ashridge House country estate in the Chilterns near Berkhamsted. This guided run will take you through stunning woods and the open ridge-lines of the Chiltern Hills.
Not only will you travel along beautiful views, the female guides will teach trail running techniques as you explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
Run leaders will take runners of similar levels along the routes, meaning no one goes at a pace they aren't comfortable with, and everyone will finish back at the cafe, a perfect place for a post run treat.

  • Waterproof bags / dry bags to keep stuff dry
  • Whistle (normally found attached to your bag)
  • Personal first aid kit (eg: blister packs, sunscreen, inhaler etc)
Please note: Kit will not be checked on the day but it is highly recommended you bring these items for your safety.

The event will finish by 10:30am so there is 90 minutes to complete the 8km (5 miles).
